Shipping and returns

Shipping

Every item is made when you order it. Your shipping cost and estimated delivery time appear in your cart once you choose a country. Carrier delays and customs holds are outside our control. Import duties, if any, are set by the destination country.

Some items do not ship to every country. If that applies, the product page and your cart will say so.

Returns and exchanges

Because items are printed and fulfilled when your order is placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size changes, color preferences, or general dissatisfaction.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or does not match your order, email support@saintedstreetsclothing.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you.

Customers in the European Union also have the right of withdrawal.
