Right of withdrawal
This policy applies only to orders delivered to an address in the European Union.
Your right to cancel
If you are an EU consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after you, or someone you nominate, receive the goods.
How to withdraw
Send a clear written statement to support@saintedstreetsclothing.com saying you wish to withdraw, with your order number, delivery address, and the items you are returning. You can use the button below to start that email. We will confirm receipt without delay.
Returning your items
Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We will give you the return address and instructions. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds
We refund the price paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof you sent them, whichever comes first, to your original payment method. If handling beyond what is needed to check the item has reduced its value (tags removed, worn outside, signs of use), we may deduct that amount.
Exceptions
This right does not apply to personalized or customized items, or items worn, washed, or altered beyond trying them on as you would in a store.
